After posting a banana recipe yesterday I felt like a total blogging noob for not recognizing that it was the first day of October! Did I really forget to post a tribute to one of my all time favorite ingredients that just happens to correlate with this wonderful fall month?

Unfortunately, I haven't had a kitchen to make any pumpkin goodies lately, so I'm going to copy my friend Katherine and post some that I'm dying to make at home over fall break (less than two weeks away!)
