A few weeks ago I found this recipe over at my friend Katherine's blog Tar Heel Taste Bud and knew I had to make it. I had a feeling I'd love it, so I bought enough ingredients for a double batch, threw them all together in a bowl, and a few days later, it was gone.
Seriously, this recipe is such a hit! It's simple, yummy and healthy and I can't say enough good things about it.
