I realize I'm a little late on this, but my mom's Birthday definitely deserves its own post!

Where do I begin?! Thank you for teaching me the power of hard work and positivity, for sharing your love of cooking and consistently bringing us together at family dinners, and for always, always setting the best example of kindness. I definitely wouldn't be half the person I am today without you! I love you to the moon and back!
